Main Purpose of the Job

The Role :
• Raising applications
• Raising invoices
• Raising credit notes
• Electronic filing
• Allocation of cash
• Credit control – chasing old and current debts
• Any ad hoc duties – problem solving
• Telephone enquiries internal and external

The Candidate
• Experience is preferred but not essential in the construction industry.
• Competent in excel and Microsoft applications.
• Confident on the telephone as there can be quite a lot of enquiries daily both external and
internal.
Full training will be provided on inhouse systems. E vision

Hours are 8.30 am – 5.00pm Monday – Friday
Holidays are 28 days per year inclusive of bank holidays
Salary – dependant on experience.

Due to location a full driving licence would be beneficial not on a direct bus route
